Islamabad’s banking court on Saturday requested summon of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan on February 28 in restricted funding case.
Judge Rakhshanda Shaheen listened the case in this respect.
Imran’s legal squad introduced a manuscript of Islamabad High Court’s declaration in the banking court.
After obtaining the IHC order’s manuscript, the court suspended the hearing, requesting Imran to materialize before the court on February 28.
